Shipping & Returns
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Neena ships orders within Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post and Sendle for express and regular delivery services. Depending on your location, regular parcels will be received between 1-5 business days and express parcels within 1-2 days.
Please note, Australia Post is the only service able to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers and this delivery may take more time than the above guidelines. We are unsure as to why this is the case and we will be continuing to source alternative couriers to deliver to these boxes and lockers.
If you placed your order after 12pm AEST on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be shipped until Monday.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $50 AUD within Australia, however the following rates do apply should your order be of lesser value and/or you choose express posting:
$50+ = FREE
Less than $50 = $10 (standard shipping)
Express delivery = $15
New Zealand = $15 (standard shipping)
All prices are in AUD
I live overseas, how will this affect my order?
Unfortunately at this stage Neena is unable to ship outside Australia and New Zealand.
I just received my product and its not right for me. What do I do?
Neena will only accept returns on unopened, unused products in a condition suitable for resale and will happily offer a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded or covered for the return product unless the product is faulty.
Due to health and safety regulations, Neena is unable to accept the return of any used or opened beauty products.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your product(s) to attain a returns numbers. Returns will not be accepted without the returns number.
Product returns must be received within 14 days and must include a copy of the original receipt.
All sale items are final sale and are non returnable and non refundable.

The product sent to me is damaged or incorrect. What now?
Please contact email@example.com as soon as your receive the incorrect or damaged stock (evidence of damage must be supplied) and Neena will send the correct item(s) or provide a refund. Neena will also cover all shipping costs.
